November 20th Email

-We are proud to announce that Jersey Aquatic Club Swim Team Apparel is available for sale through Thompson Sporting Goods online!  The store is open now through November 30th.  Please allow appx. 4-5 weeks completion from DEC 1st.

PLEASE NOTE: JAC is NOT participating in a "Group Pick-up".

-Thursday, Thanksgiving Practice, 11/23 will be from:

8th-12th- 8:00-10:00 am

2nd-7th- 9:00-10:00 am

 

-Friday, 11/24, will be the regular swim practice schedule, with the addition of dryland for 8th-12th grades,  6:00-7:00 pm.

 

-Saturday, 11/25, will be the regular practice schedule.

 

-Reminder to commit to STORM's NEW YEAR SPLASH 11/20- by TODAY!

We hope your week is going well!  Please note that as meets are completed and results come in, meet fee billing will be invoiced and posted to accounts.  We are working on learning this new billing system with Team Unify.  We thank you and appreciate your patience! 

 

A few things this week:

 

-No Practice Friday 11/17 or Saturday 11/18 due to the JAC Fall Festival.

 

-To find the JAC Fall Festival meet information and Job sign-ups for this weekend, November 17-19, please see the link below:

We will have opportunities for volunteers to sign-up on our portal: timers, runners, safety marshalls, hospitality, etc.  We appreciate everyone's support!

 

Reminder:

Overflow parking for this weekend is located at 675 or 630 Central Avenue.  Please DO NOT park across the street at the Farmer's Market, or next door at the Murray Hill Tennis Center.

-Team Store with Ultimate Swim Shop is open for personalized caps!  Order now! Personalized cap orders close THIS Friday, 11/17. Caps will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the cut off date.  Please note: If the minimum threshold is not met for Personalized caps, caps may be refunded.

CAT Winter Classic Update: Due to the oversubscribed Friday Session for the CAT Winter Classic December 15-17, the host club has requested 8-Unders be removed from the Friday night session.
