Swimmers attending 2nd grade or higher in the fall of 2024 will be asked to demonstrate proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, a dive and legal turns. JAC also offers a pre-competitive training team program, as well as swim lessons for all ages.
