Are you looking for a step up from swim lessons to get ready for a competitive year round swim program? Look no further than the Jersey Aquatic Club's Stingrays TrainingTeam!

 

The stingray program provides experienced coaching, a defined curriculum, a vibrant team environment and interesting, fun events for swimmers, both in the water and out with activities such as dryland. Over time, each swimmer’s fitness, self-esteem, self-awareness and performance potential will grow.

➡️How old do you have to be to be in Stingrays? 7-18 years old

 

➡️Who is eligible to be a Stingray?

    -Familiar with all four competitive strokes, open turns and flip turns

  -Complete a tryout evaluation

2024-2025 Stingrays Sessions: September-August

➡️When are the sessions?

Sessions

-Session 1: September 9-October 31

-Session 2: November 4-December 19

-Session 3: January 6-February 27

-Session 4: March 3-April 24

-Session 5: April 28- June 19

-Session 6: June 23- August 7

 

➡️When are practices? (**Subject to change due to enrollment**)

10&Unders: Monday through Thursday

-5:30-6:30pm OR 6:30-7:30pm

 

➡️What is the cost?    

-$700 per session

-rubber training fins
