JAC 2025-2026 Team Fees, Payment Options, and Information:

Welcome to JAC!  We are a year round USA registered swim program, from September through Late July/Early August. ALL athletes need to be registered with USA Swimming in order to attend practices and meets.  

 

Important Registration Information

-1st athlete per family is full price, all additional siblings will be 5% off! (please register all family members at one time to receive the full discount)- This applies to JAC swim team members only.

-Tuition can be paid at registration in one full payment OR payable with a deposit and then in equal 10 Monthly Installments** 

-All families will be charged a $50 administrative fee per family.

-Please note a 3.5% processing fee will be applied per transaction.

 

**Please note, the Monthly Installment Payment Plan is set up to pay off the total cost of tuition for the entire 2025-2026 season in equal payments after paying initial deposit.  Charges will be posted on the 1st of the month, October through July.

 

Grades 2-3

-$3,300 paid in full OR $500 deposit and 10 installments of $280

 

Grades 4-5

-$3,300 paid in full OR $500 deposit and 10 installments of $280

 

Grades 6-7 

-$3,900 paid in full OR $500 deposit and 10 installments of $340

 

Grades 8-9 

-$4,100 paid in full OR $500 deposit and 10 installments of $360

 

Grades 10-12 

-$4,300 paid in full OR $500 deposit and 10 installments of $380

Meet Fees/Misc Items

Meets may be invoiced prior to competition.   Meet fees are separate to the tuition fees.  Families are responsible for all meet fees/extra event fees. Please note a 3.5% processing fee will be applied per transaction.

 

Refunds

Our Swim Team is a year long commitment that you agree to. However, we get life happens!  Cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.  We will need them to be submitted to us in writing with AT LEAST 30 days notice of the intended last day.  Jersey Aquatic Center will approve or deny these requests and respond within one week of the request being received.  JAC does reserve the right to deny requests if needed.  However, we are committed to our families and doing the best we can to help you!
