JAC 2024-2025 Team Fees, Payment Options, and Information:
We are a year round USA registered swim program, from September through Early August. ALL athletes need to be registered with USA Swimming in order to attend practices and meets. Information on USA Swimming registration will be emailed after you have registered for JAC.
-1st athlete per family is full price, all additional siblings will be 5% off!
-All families will be charged a $50 administrative fee per family.
*Pay in Full amount is discounted through September 7!
**Please note, the Monthly Installment Payment Plan is set up to pay off the total cost of tuition for the entire 2024-2025 season in equal payments.
Grades 2-3: $2950 or $400 deposit and 10 installments of $255
*-Full Payment promotion (with discount)- $2850
**-Monthly Payment Plan- Deposit of $400 and monthly installments on the 1st from October-July of $255
Grades 4-5: $2950 or $400 deposit and 10 installments of $255
*-Full Payment promotion (with discount)- $2850

Grades 6-7: $3500 or $400 deposit and 10 installments of $310

Grades 8-9: $3700 or $400 deposit and 10 installments of $330

Meet Fees/Misc Items
JAC will bill families for meets after meets are completed. Meet fees are separate to the tuition fees. Families are responsible for all meet fees/extra event fees.
Refunds
Our Swim Team is a year long commitment that you agree to. However, we get life happens! Cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. We will need them to be submitted to us in writing with AT LEAST 30 days notice of the intended last day. Jersey Aquatic Center will approve or deny these requests and respond within one week of the request being received. JAC does reserve the right to deny requests if needed. However, we are committed to our families and doing the best we can to help you!
