Welcome to the Jersey Aquatic Center! We are excited that you are interested in becoming part of our team. At the Jersey Aquatic Center we are looking for energetic personalities and hard working employees to achieve our number one goal of preventing childhood drowning through swim instructor and education. You do not need to have prior swim instructor or coaching experience to apply. Our instructors are required to become lifeguard certified if they currently are not. We provide an extensive training program as well as the opportunity to get certified or re-certified as a lifeguard.
