8. What is your policy on dropping or withdrawing from classes?
We require a full 30 days’ notice for withdrawal from our program. 10. What is your make-up lesson policy?
We allow 2 make-up lessons per month with advance notice. Make-ups must be scheduled after the missed class and are subject to availability.

We’re happy to help, just keep us in the loop.
*Missing a class does not guarantee a make-up. If you miss any classes without notice, there will be no make up or compensation for the missed class except in the case of last-minute emergency, requiring a doctor’s note to waive the standard policy and allow for a flexible solution.
