STAC Strength Training for Swimmers

 

Strength and conditioning at JAC is a program specifically tailored to swimmers. Our program is designed to coincide with the swim season and its phases in training. Development of the athlete is achieved through program goals of agility, strength, conditioning and addressing imbalances and injury prevention. 

 

Private training and small group training are for people of any training background and ability, ages 10 and older, looking for a program tailored to their specific needs.

Swimmers wanting to join the JAC's STAC strength program should register at the portal. Contact a member of our staff at 973-525-2687 with questions about the program.
