Advanced Swim Workshops/Competitve Readiness Programs
New Providence Swim School's Advanced Swim Workshop Competitive Readiness programs are designed to help intermediate and advanced swimmers develop skills and swimming technique to compete in the sport of swimming. Our clinics include stroke specific clinics, clinics for starts and turns and our Pre-Team program.
➡️JAC Stingrays
This pre team program for ages 6-14 is designed to prepare students for training in a competitive swimming team. Prerequisites for this program include receiving a pass notification from Snapper 4 or the ability to demonstrate Freestyle and Backstroke with good form for 25 yds and can demonstrate butterfly and Breaststroke for 25 yds with a legal kick.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a member of a NJHSIAA Swim Team
Must be PROFICIENT in all Competitive Strokes.
CLINIC INSTRUCTION:
● Stroke mechanics and drills
● Starts specific to each respective stroke
FORMAT:
STAC Coaches will provide feedback for the improvement of stroke mechanics, starts and turns, through observation and drills.
Enroll in Advanced Swim Training with the New Providence Swim School at the JAC
Advanced swimmers may take part in our competition training to advance their competitive edge. Swimmers should complete the Advanced Swimmers Registration to sign up for classes.
